Nirav Kotecha
Founder & Principal Officer
Nirav Kotecha, a commerce graduate and fellow Chartered Accountant, is the Founder and Principal Officer of the firm. With over a decade of experience, he specializes in statutory audits, governance, risk management, compliance, internal financial control (IFC) testing, financial due diligence, valuation, tax advisory, and knowledge process outsourcing (KPO) services. He is well-versed in IND AS, Company Laws, Income Tax, GST, and IT.
In just 7 years, Nirav has grown the firm’s practice significantly. His strength lies in understanding client businesses, their IT platforms, and applicable laws. His commitment to delivering exceptional quality service by combining industry expertise, attention to detail, and a client-centric approach is key to his success.
Kalindi Mehta
Co-Founder & Principal Officer
Kalindi Mehta, a Fellow Chartered Accountant, co-founded the firm and leads business development and execution. With 15 years of experience, she specializes in Direct Taxation, International Taxation, and Transfer Pricing.
Her expertise spans across Due Diligence, Audits, Service Tax, VAT, and compliance across sectors like Manufacturing, Healthcare, IT, Education, Real Estate and Banking.
Anuja Makwana

Anuja Makwana, a Fellow Chartered Accountant and Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), is the Partner of the Firm and responsible for Australia operations. She has a diverse experience in risk advisory & external audits. and specializes in risk consulting . She has extensive experience in handling end to end SOX audits. She helps organizations reinvent their business processes to make better risk based decisions and achieve their strategic objectives.
She has over 15 years of composite experience in serving large and medium sized clients in areas of risk advisory services across industry verticals like Banking, Fin tech, IT, Manufacturing, Hospitality and Investment & Broking houses.
Anand Pandat
Senior Advisor
Anand Pandat, a commerce graduate and Chartered Accountant, is the Senior Advisor at the Firm with 15 years of experience in Transaction Advisory and Statutory Audits. He has led Due Diligence engagements in Pharma, Chemicals, Real Estate, and Infrastructure sectors, with a focus on the IIC market segment.
Previously, he was Associate VP at Ernst & Young and Senior Assurance Engineer at Grant Thornton. His notable deals include Arvind Fashions, Elante Mall, Westend Mall, Kellogg’s, and Krishnapatnam Port. He has worked with Private Equity clients like Blackstone, Warburg Pincus, Baring PE, and Deutsche Bank.
Raman Ranganathan
Senior Advisor
Raman Ranganathan, a commerce graduate with CIMA (UK) and an MBA, is the Director – Risk Advisory at the Firm, with over 20 years of experience in managed solutions, risk advisory, technology consulting, and direct taxation. He has led assignments in accounting outsourcing, internal audits, and system audits.
His career includes roles at G A Iyers & Associates, Dun & Bradstreet, Machine Tools (India), and Constaccent Consultancy. He has worked with clients such as VSNL, MCX India, Microland Mark India, and MSSWB.
